Accessibility at FibreSwitch

We want as many people as possible to use FibreSwitch. We are working to improve accessibility across the site.

This statement applies to fibreswitch.com and its key customer journeys, including the postcode checker and deal results.

What you should be able to do

  • Zoom in or change text size without losing information.
  • Navigate with a keyboard and see where focus is on the page.
  • Use a screen reader to understand headings, labels, and links.
  • Use voice input to activate links and buttons.
  • Use high contrast or colour inversion modes without losing content.

Conformance target

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA. We do not claim full compliance yet.

Known issues and limitations

  • The broadband comparison results are provided by a third-party widget and may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA.
  • If JavaScript is disabled, the comparison results cannot load.
  • Some provider logos within third-party results may not include accessible text alternatives.

What we are doing to improve

  • Improving focus styles and keyboard navigation.
  • Making form error messages clearer and easier to understand.
  • Reviewing colour contrast on key UI elements.
  • Checking images and icons for suitable text alternatives.

Accessibility approach

We aim to keep navigation, forms, and results usable on keyboard and screen readers. If something is difficult to use, tell us what happened, which page, and the device you used.

We prioritise fixes that block access to comparisons or key guidance.

  • Keyboard access to main navigation and forms.
  • Clear focus states and headings.
  • Readable contrast for key content.

If you need information in an alternative format, contact us and we will try to help.

Let us know the assistive technology you use so we can reproduce the issue.
