Reviews methodology
How we collect, verify, moderate, and update customer reviews on FibreSwitch.
How reviews are collected
Reviews are collected from FibreSwitch users who choose to share feedback after using the comparison journey.
We log the date the feedback was recorded and the context tag supplied by the reviewer.
Verification rules
- We check reviews for relevance to broadband comparison or switching.
- We do not verify home addresses or account numbers.
- We remove reviews that contain personal data or abusive content.
Moderation policy
- We publish both positive and negative feedback that meets the guidelines.
- Spam, duplicates, and promotional content are removed.
- We may edit for clarity but never change meaning.
Privacy approach
We do not publish full names, addresses, or account details without explicit consent.
Reviewer display names can be initials or first names only.
Update cadence
Reviews are reviewed regularly. Logged dates show when feedback was recorded by FibreSwitch.
